We installed new laminate in the kitchen, hallway and half bathroom last year. My heart broke when I saw a small gap between two pieces of laminate in the kitchen. After learning how to repair, we found that we could buy tools to do the repair ourselves and decided to give it a try. There were no instructions for the items, but luckily this is a pretty understandable tool. I couldn't hit the hammer hard enough to create movement but my husband was able to and luckily the part came back in place. I was so happy it worked because I expected the worst repair scenario.
