Great experience after using Insightly

I like that it's easy to navigate and can be used as a standalone tool or integrated with other tools such as Hubspot. It's also very easy to export data. The ability to have multiple tabs open at once, which can get confusing when trying to find something in particular. There are many features of the platform that you need to learn, but they do offer training courses to help. We were looking for a CRM / Customer Experience Management solution. This was one of our top choices. I like the way they can create custom reports. Their support team is also very good at responding quickly. The layout of the dashboard is not user friendly. There are too many tabs which makes it hard to navigate through the dashboard. It would be great if they have more customization options as compared to other dashboards. I use this tool mainly for reporting purposes but sometimes I need to do some ad hoc analysis. This allows me to do that without having to go to excel or any third party tools.
