We have been able to find people that were searching outside our normal circles of influence and get them into our system! There's not much I dislike about this product as it works well with my team but there was no live chat when we first started using their software so if you want immediate support after downloading your account can be daunting atβ¦

Great results are achieved easily by having someone click just once instead going back over again trying others options etc.
I like that it's easy to navigate and can be used as a standalone tool or integrated with other tools such as Hubspot. It's also very easy to export data. The ability to have multiple tabs open at once, which can get confusing when trying to find something in particular. There are many features of the platform that you need to learn, but they do offer training courses to help. We were looking for a CRM / Customer Experience Management solution. This was one of our top choices. I like the wayβ¦
