Review on πŸͺ‘ Enhanced Modway Advance Drafting Stool with Flip-Up Arms in Sleek Black, Ideal for Reception Desks, Drafting Tables, and More by Heather Jackson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not for a big person.

I decided to take a chance and buy something used from Revain again. It looked like nobody had opened it and checked that everything was there before passing it on to the next buyer. Everything was free in the box. When we first tried to put it together we could tell something was missing, but since there were NO instructions in the box we didn't know what it was. I had to contact the manufacturer and ask them to email it to me. It eventually turned out that some nuts and bolts were missing so we went to Lowe's and bought them as it was an easy fix. Collected as a result, uncomfortable. I'm not sure if this chair is suitable for a thin person, but it isn't for an overweight or tall stature. The mesh is too wide and the seat does not move forward. So you can never sit back and relax. Since I primarily wanted a high chair so I wouldn't have to constantly rearrange my makeshift desk for working from home, I have two monitors, one low and one high so I can switch from standing to sitting, but the problem is that as soon as I decide to sit in my really crappy office chair my back hurts, I've decided to keep it and force myself to stand most of the time. I'm even considering cutting out the mesh so I can recline if it stops working, the chair is just uncomfortable to sit on. I think the quality is good for the price, but not the best.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
