I don't like writing bad reviews or low ratings on any product or service because as a business owner I know it can be very painful so I'll just tell you about it this. Maybe I just expected more. This thing is tiny. Difficult to use. Difficult to read. It detects moisture, but not for professionals. I could count, but to get the next one I had to turn it off and on again, reset the settings, and then check again. Return was easy and bought a more professional counter. The bottom line is, if you're in the flood industry, spend your money and buy a better gauge. If all you need is a random detection meter, this might be for you. I think with a few tweaks this could be a good counter to work in tight spaces. 5 stars because it detects moisture.
