I'm not the best at opening wine bottles. I don't have much experience and while I always get my job done, this wine opener makes the job easier. It feels easy and I have more control which makes it seem like I know what I'm doing (not that I really care). I love the finish, matte black with rose gold accents looks sleek and expensive. It will be a great gift as it comes in beautiful packaging. This is a perfectly hollowed out silhouette in a cardboard "book". It's really overkill if you don't give it as a gift. I hated throwing it away.
