Pretty disappointed with it; although I'm not sure I'm expecting too much from something under $15. First, the air vent mount is pretty basic, but I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, so the phone was too heavy for the mount alone. . I attached the included magnetic metal plate to the back of the phone as instructed, but the adhesive wasn't strong enough and was able to peel off the back of the phone when I tried to remove the phone from the holder. In the end I decided to put a strip of wide tape on the back of the phone to hold the panel in place, which really helped. At that point, I settled for what it was until... After a long, hot summer in Texas, the hook on the mount began to buckle from heat stress and was no longer properly attached to my air duct. At this point I tried to contact their customer service department to claim my "36 month" warranty only to find that the support email provided came back as an invalid email address. I tried looking for additional contact information on their website but found a link to the same bad email. I don't normally write reviews but at this point I decided to write my own 1 star review. I may be harsh on a sub-$15 phone accessory, but if you're a company that sells a product with some kind of warranty, you should at least live up to that part of your commitment.
