The best thing about this holder is the hook that goes through the air vent and can be tightened. Others are just a clip that has no hook. Given how heavy these phones are right now, the ones WITHOUT a hook will eventually come loose (experience shows) and fall over.

I am very satisfied with this mount on the first day of use. My Prius doesn't have much room to mount a phone unless you use a cup holder, but I use my own cup holders. this thing solved the problem! And it's very easy to use. You can move it to any air outlet in seconds. Plus, the magnets are STRONG!

Tiny tiny installation manual was not part of the installation items received. "Free item (1 additional unit) with this coupon. Such a coupon in every 50th box" is a scam. After registering for delivery confirmation, their reply message did not confirm the registration but looked like a "data mining" trick.

. So this is a product I DEFINITELY recommend even if it doesn't work for me. My real problem is that I drive a Jeep Wrangler. This will NOT work on a Jeep Wrangler, at least not on a JK WRANGLER. This works much better than tightening the clamp. Unfortunately, judging by the photo, this is not possible. I'll probably try to find a way to save it, just don't know how. Luckily I'm a make it work pro lol.

When I received this item it had a small card saying this card comes in every 50 unit free! I did exactly what is on the card to get an additional one of these items and this seller has NEVER CONFIRMED the information I sent them as per their instructions and NEVER fulfilled that commitment. Pretty disappointed with it; although I'm not sure I'm expecting too much from something under $15. First, the air vent mount is pretty basic, but I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, so the phone was too heavy for the mount alone. . I attached the included magnetic metal plate to the back of the phone as instructed, but the adhesive wasn't strong enough and was able to peel off the back of the phone when I tried to remove the phone from the holder. This was a great idea, but the folded end wasn't long enough for the air vents in my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Attached perfectly to my phone but could not attach it to the air vent (even with the hook fully adjusted). I tried to connect to the vent again, and this time I succeeded. There are only a few spots where it would fit. If the hook was a little longer, the attachment point would be more flexible. Whatever the case, it works better than any other phone mount I've used.

The rectangular metal insert did not have an adhesive backing to stick to the phone. The circular glue on the phone case is not strong enough. This piece came off and stuck to the magnet when the phone was removed from the holder. I placed all the metal parts in the bottom left corner of my S21, this interferes with wireless charging if that's important to you. Quality issues aside, this is a great idea and overall the device looks decent. I might buy another one, but I'm hesitant.
