Great upgrade to your stock J - Cups

I want to start by saying these will fit on your Fitness Reality 810XLT if you have it and they are much better than the stock J cups.
They're much more sturdy with a soft plastic layer that protects your barbell from hitting metal on metal.

Pros

good quality, solidly built.

Cons

The solid steel material may be too heavy for some users to maneuver and attach to their power cages

Great quality but the pins are small and the same side hooks don’t like it but for the quality ill keep them
