I got the bread maker for Christmas and initially only used gallon bags to store my homemade bread. I quickly realized there were better options when I came across this bakery on Amazon. fit in this bread holder. Adjustable ventilation keeps bread fresh and the detachable cutting board makes it easy and convenient to open and cut your own slice of fresh bread. It is made entirely of plastic, so everything is fine in terms of durability. . The instructions say it can be washed in the dishwasher but it doesn't get very dirty and I think it's pretty easy to hand wash so I just do it myself instead of putting it in the dishwasher. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others especially those with bread makers. I think it works great! In fact, I love it so much I bought two of them!
