Review on 34.1 Inch Samsung Curved Ultrawide Monitor LS34J552WQNXZA-Cr - 3440X1440 by Ryan Lewis

I bought this monitor not knowing it was refurbished. When I received the item I wanted to return it, AMAZON assured me it was covered for 1 year, I used it maybe 12 times and it stopped working, AMAZON will not return it. They say I only have 30 days to return the product. Or of course it failed after 30 days, now they tell me I have to go through production for help. all they want to do is explain all their policies and how i had to return them within 30 days. Very disappointed except AMAZON.
