I am very pleased with this product. I was diagnosed with a thirty percent hearing loss in my right ear. No way was I buying a hearing aid for thousands of dollars. I was concerned though about the loss.I decided to try an amplifier and chose Banglijian because of it’s good reviews and great service. I also chose this because it was rechargeable. My small motor coordination is not good for placing small batteries in a device .I had a problem with the device falling off my small ear so I emailed Kevan Banglijian and received a response within 24 hours. He helped me solve my problem. I had a couple of other issues as well which he patiently helped me with. I am now planning on buying a second device as I now realize how muted my world is.This device is one which supplies many domes and sound tubes so it’s kind of a”diy” thing. If you are not able to adapt the different parts, it may not be for you.I also want to say that it is not easy to adapt to all the sounds at first but the device eventually sorts the sounds for you and you don’t hear the annoying things as loudly. Give it a good month trial. I held back one star because it doesn’t help as much with voice Quality as I hoped. I will add to this review after I have tried a second device. Love this company!Update: I have now been using both right and left ear amplifiers for 6 months now and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.😁👍
