The best thing I found about this product is the customer service! I had a problem with one of the pads and they shipped emailed me back straight away.We discussed how to make sure each pad lasts as long as possible - things like tool speed (no higher than 4 out of 6 in most cases), how to properly place the sandpaper on the Pad lays and some other things. After that email exchange I'm getting longer life now. These guys are really good at customer service. I even gave it 5 stars for "transparency" whatever metal tool it is :) I ordered this item at 2pm one day and it was here at 12pm the next day - super fast shipping for sure!
