Review on πŸ›οΈ Dark Gray Twin Bed Sheet Set with 14" Deep Pockets - Amazon Basics Lightweight, Super Soft, Easy Care Microfiber by Tracy Meyer

The price is great but not worth buying.

These sheets seemed too good to be true at $19.99 and because I was saving money on purpose I decided to give them a try. You see, sheets that are considered higher quality are quite expensive and can range from $60 to $100. I'm just not a fan of spending that kind of money on something that I think should only cost around $20. However, I have learned my lesson. I still have these sheets as a backup, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially people who sleep hot. They feel relatively smooth and appear harmless, but reflect body heat. I thought they were better than the 100% cotton flannel set I bought but no. To make matters worse, the sheets really aren't pretty to look at. Not at all. It's a sheer fabric with an ugly shade of brown/taupe. If there's one thing I've learned about sheets and linens, it's that good quality 100% cotton sheets and linens make a huge difference in how well I sleep. If you sleep hot, don't buy synthetic sheets and bedding. buy cotton. I wasn't aware of the difference until I recently bought a set of Threshold 400ct Performance from Target. I also bought 100% cotton and started using a regular duvet instead of a synthetic duvet. It changed my world and I sleep peacefully every night. A synthetic duvet just lying next to me used to be enough to keep me so warm that I woke up at 3 or 4 in the morning. Now, it seems, I can sleep with a duvet on it almost every day of the year. So don't wear microfiber when you sleep in a warm environment, otherwise it might fit you perfectly.
