I like that it's easy to use, has so many options for customization (including data sources), can be used as an API or SaaS offering with all of its built-in integrations - plus you get live time/visitor insights! It is expensive compared to other tools we've tried in our industry which could not handle as much traffic at once; however this was offset by their ability to integrate seamlessly into existing systems without having us build custom connectors etc from scratch ourselves. We needed something scalable, robust & flexible enough to support 100s+ million visits per month while also being able to provide detailed visitor information back out via APIs.
