It is very easy to use and has all of the features that my clients would want. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. I dislike that they don't have an app for Macs, you must download their desktop software in order to access your account. If you are looking for a platform that will allow you to be more organized and efficient, this is the way to go! We are able to track every task we do throughout our day and even set reminders for when those tasks need to be completed. The best thing about sprout is that it gives us the flexibility to use our own domain, which we can't do with most other tools out there. It's also easy to navigate which makes it efficient for my small business. We have no complaints so far. I highly recommend using this tool if you are looking for an all-in-one solution. I am able to run my entire business from one place now. There is nothing negative that I can think of as of now.
