Once installed, this mount fits my 32 inch Samsung LCD perfectly. However, there were problems with the installation. The largest screws attaching the panel to the back of the TV were two sets that did not fit the holes in the TV. The shorter ones were too short and the longer ones were too long. I needed an intermediate. One inch long screws would do. My LCD TV is VESA compliant, why weren't the screws I needed in the screw bag? I called the helpdesk on 800. It turned out to be useless. The service rep I spoke to couldn't tell much and recommended I go to Home Depot to get the correct screws to attach the bracket to the back of the unit. That's not great customer satisfaction. I would at least think a service technician would suggest sending other screws or investigating further. Otherwise it's a good mount if you have all the right screws to mount the TV.
