Pros: -They are magnets. - Most of them are as advertisedCons: - Some are missing the countersink. - The countersink is irregular, with some being quite shallow - 6 of the magnets I received had an opposite polarity. I would have preferred a split of half and half, but having 6 out of the 80 switches is simply inconvenient. - Some of the magnets have a dull finish compared to their counterparts. - One of the magnets is clearly malformed.Summary: If you want some small magnets that can be screwed into place, these will probably work for you.
