Review on Storksak Travel Multi Functional Organizer Water Resistant by Yadira Gray

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This bag + roomy diaper bag = a great weekend getaway!

I ordered this bag to take my toddler (7 months pregnant and 21 month old baby flying) alone on a long weekend trip. I found there was enough room for our clothes (we didn't go anywhere in the cold where extra heavy clothing was needed) and I was able to roll up a small muslin blanket and attach it to the zip end. I ended up packing three outfits and two pajamas for my little one, as well as underwear, an extra pair of pants, some shirts and a pajama set for myself. The modular insert was great and I was able to fit all my liquids in the mesh bag along with 4 food bags for my little one. I was able to pull it out with ease and buckle it up at the airport, where it was scanned and returned with no problems. We didn't shoot the entire mission on location, but I liked that our clothes stayed upright so I could see everything at once. It reminded me of the lofty dreams I once had of cleaning up the clutter in my closet and arranging all my clothes vertically, the Kondo method. The last great thing about this bag is that it's pretty slim when closed and I was able to hook it onto the handle of the umbrella stroller I used to get around the airport without it getting in my way or tipping over. The downside of this bag is that the insert at the top of the bag doesn't leave much room for flat items. I had two shirts that I kept flat at the top with enough room to zip up easily. Anything bulkier would make it tight. I didn't use most of the side pockets for the same reason. The outer pass pocket I wanted was a bit wider to fit my foldable wallet, but I had a smaller pocket I could probably switch to that would fit. I just didn't think of it beforehand. I didn't get a chance to buy a spare pair of shoes, but I did buy a second set for the little guy, a pair of diapers and emergency books.
