I've been using this for a week so can't tell if the face cups are delivering the long term results promised. The face looks fresh and flushed immediately after the session. A nice set with a box and lilac, I am satisfied with the quality of the cups, two sizes are enough if you only use for the face and neck. It takes practice to get the right amount of suction on different parts of the face. The rubber is a bit difficult to compress and may soften with use.
