This was my second experience with them and overall I think it's been a great experience so far. They are responsive, have great ideas, and value their clients. I've learned a lot about SEO and email marketing from their tutorials and articles. As a new agency, they're also quite helpful in answering any questions you may have. All in all, I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to start or expand their digital marketing. Their help desk has some issues - there's no way to submit tickets unless logged into your account (and then they'll assign one of their employees). However, the staff at StudioThomson seem really knowledgeable about their products and willing to assist! And if something goes wrong with an order, their customer care reps will get back to you within hours instead of days like other companies do..
