They are prompt, efficient & professional in their service delivery - they listen to our needs carefully before we even have them articulated! We do not always fully trust people with access of this information as it is important for us (as employers) that these details remain accurate so no one has any surprises when dealing w/our clients' insurance carriers etc.; but APA does what's needed professionally without leaving anything out or creating more work than necessary for themselves either because there wasn't enough info from my end OR I didn’t know how best to phrase things clearly into words which could be easily understood by humans!! If you need great customer support then give 'em an opportunity too.
