It has been very effective for us in getting more business from our database of clients. If we have any questions or need support with anything it is super easy to get answers or assistance from their team! There isn't much I don't like as far as this software goes. Sometimes when using the filters can be difficult but once figured out they are great! Great product if used correctly with proper training and implementation. Increased revenue and saved time (hours) searching through emails looking for potential deals/clients. I really like how easy it was for me as an individual agent or small business owner to use this software! It has been very helpful in my day to day work with clients. There have not been any problems yet but if/when they do come up we are able to resolve them quickly due to its ease of access via multiple devices (phone, computer). This service helps keep our office organized so everyone can be more efficient at their job functions.
