Works great with my i7 3770

This may not be the motherboard you want for a mini-ITX build. There is no documentation for connecting the power button/lights and the PCIe 16x slot is too far away for my Mini ITX case: you need the next PCIe slot for the GPU. On this board it's a small PCIe 1x.
