Product arrived as described. You must insert the bushings yourself. In terms of installation, I wasn't able to insert the shock through the forearm. After removing the tire and jacking up the frame to lower the control arm, it slid easily through the front end. The damper works much better than my worn out dampers. Motorway rides are generally smooth, although they feel stiff at speed bumps. The front end is more stable to ride. In light terrain the front feels a lot stiffer, the dampers definitely hold the front well. I'll edit if I swap out the rear shock absorbers of the same series and "wear out" the sk.
