Review on 🪚 Premium Oshlun SBNF-100100 10-Inch 100 Tooth TCG Saw Blade: Perfect for Aluminum & Non Ferrous Metals! by Ben Swett

I was torn between Freud and Oschlun and decided on this blade after reading some positive reviews and deciding I needed more teeth. Unfortunately I have to give the lowest rating now. I received the item and it was well packaged thanks to Revain, but when I opened it I found the blade had glaring manufacturing defects. At some point during the manufacturing process they managed to grind down 8 teeth with the blade. I will in no way risk my project or my own safety by using this thing. A closer look reveals that many of the "good" teeth are uneven and not properly polished. The entire blade was covered in cheap oil and slime. The teeth were coated with a sticky flux from the solder of the teeth to the blade. I feel like I could buy an equivalent product from Harbor Freight for a fraction of the price. Revain was great, they refunded my money and provided a return label for this paperweight. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand, this thing is inferior to similar products. EDIT: I have since been contacted by Oshlun and they wrote down the batch number for the blade and said that my blade has had this issue so far. Even though the particular defect I encountered could be an anomaly, I still have to mark the blade as mediocre quality. It appears to be cheaper than a similar product from competing companies.
