It was a bit big for my 23 month old , but it really helped him stay warm in the snow at South Lake Tahoe (November 2020). As an added bonus, it worked well as a COVID mask as it stayed in place much better than standard masks that just hang over the ears. You can adjust it to cover your child's nose or not.
