I've been using this as my main work headset for a year now and wow hot shit is the only way to describe it. It usually just loses BT connection with a device that is within range. Eliminating small background noises Usually when I press the mute button to toggle the mute state and it toggles back, there is a problem. I ended up having the best experience with Jabra branded headsets at half the price. Don't buy this thing Plantronics is clearly not taking advantage of its partnership with Polycom. The only saving grace for this piece of junk is that it was given to me for free.
