Laptop was in good condition but clearly had faulty touchpad/keyboard hardware, "stuck keys/input". I'm an IT pro - the laptop goes through Dell diagnostics but 90% of them have all mouse hardware disabled. I've spent a full 12 hour day troubleshooting software functions, but if the problem is also present in the system's BIOS interface, the software has nothing to do with it. Anyone using this laptop for more than 10 minutes can occasionally experience unwanted keyboard/trackpad input that renders the device unusable. I understand that I buy in bulk for profit, but even the BIOS version was 5 versions older at the time of receipt. It's a great device, great hardware, but with constantly random keyboard and cursor input, it's almost impossible to use. I've tried MS and Dell drivers for ALL the hardware, restarted Windows 10 twice and even tried a Linux LiveCD, but the random input issue occurs even in the BIOS interface - clearly the hardware, not the OS. This had to be caught and repaired before the unit was put up for sale. I hope Maze Tech doesn't make me pay for return shipping etc.
