Lots of crashes best in traditional laptops

Overall I like the laptop. However, there are many "disorders". At startup there is always a message that the download failed and you need to check the cable. Interesting since I'm not connected to a cable. From time to time the pointer (cursor) simply disappears. I have to close the machine and sometimes it doesn't work right away. It will also occasionally freeze. Again. Shutting down and restarting the computer usually resolves the issue. If I had the opportunity to do it again, even at the…

Mine works fine

I ordered this PC/Laptop for myself to replace an old Surface Pro 2 with similar specs. The new Dell has a better operating system and appears to be much faster. It also delivers stunning images to my new Dell UHD monitor, which it connects to instantly via HDMI. It also picked up my other wireless devices with no issues. Plenty of USB ports and good monitor ports. So far so good and I think I'll be very happy with this high-end laptop. There's no mention of heat or fan noise. I'll add some…

Exceeded my expectations!

I bought 2 of them. I would give my physical condition an 8 out of 10. There are very light scuffs here and there on the plastic but no dings or dings. Not even glitter around the edges. The keyboard and screen were like new. Batteries not tested yet, but all specs were correct (screen resolution, SSD, RAM, CPU, touchscreen, OS). You've been burning for the last 48 hours right after a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, which also activated just fine and hasn't had any issues so far.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • Negative impression

Be careful! at Traditional Notebooks

Description is wrong because the touch screen and the camera are there and when buying, do not pay attention to it! also the microphone doesn't even work, don't buy this product save money! The only thing I got for all these mistakes was a $50 gift card priced at $468!

Good Buy Computers & Accessories

This is great for what I need it for. A screw is loose on the bottom and the touchpad is very worn. It was definitely used before me. There are no stickers on the bottom. The i7 kernel sticker looks brand new but the windows 10 sticker is falling off. The computer itself works and works as expected! I like the backlight and the touchscreen. The battery lasts all day or longer! Being able to slide the screen back very far helps a lot! The charger was there. Windows 10 Pro is a nice touch. The…

But great car!

First impression as I've only had this car for about a day. Out of the box it was completely unstable and unresponsive most of the time. Finally, I downloaded and ran MS Media Creation Tool to update W10Pro OS and get rid of disk bloat. This seems to have helped as it is now a perfectly responsive machine. I'm inclined to think now that I probably would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't had to go through the grief it took to find out. The touch display is simply incomparable and the backlit…

Oops! Electronics on traditional laptops

I like everything about this laptop except that the product key was rejected (3) times when I entered it. The troubleshooting wizard said I was trying to register a Windows 10 Pro version with a Windows 10 Home key on the Windows Home platform. I don't want to download the home version. I would like to return the laptop and exchange it for a properly configured one.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Some flaws

Failed keyboard/touchpad hardware on my device

Laptop was in good condition but clearly had faulty touchpad/keyboard hardware, "stuck keys/input". I'm an IT pro - the laptop goes through Dell diagnostics but 90% of them have all mouse hardware disabled. I've spent a full 12 hour day troubleshooting software functions, but if the problem is also present in the system's BIOS interface, the software has nothing to do with it. Anyone using this laptop for more than 10 minutes can occasionally experience unwanted keyboard/trackpad input that…
