Review on 🚿 Simer 4075SS-01: Boost Water Pressure with this 3/4 HP Pressure Booster Pump by Robert Tyus

First of all, I rarely write reviews unless the product is significantly better or worse than I expected. I needed a booster pump for our fountain system. The borehole pump generates enough pressure, but we have a water softener, so there is practically no usable water pressure. Static pressure is 70psi, but the pressure in one tap drops to 30psi, which is much less when the second is on. When looking for a new pump, there were several requirements. The first pumps are not made in China. This is made in Italy. A new style of technology was required that took into account water flow and not just pressure. A plumber came to us and offered $1,300 for a pump, and that didn't even include labor. After installing the pump which took just over an hour without a trip to the hardware store for fittings, WOW what a difference. We don't turn anything on and don't even notice the pressure drop, and the pressure is much better. When a few faucets are turned on, the pump maintains more than 70 psi of pressure in the house. We wish we had done this a long time ago.
