I'm not a huge fan of Hosa cables, but I bought these to get extra length between my speakers, noting that other reviewers have indicated that the cables can be fully stripped out if needed. I separated them completely into two separate cables. The first thing I noticed was that when my old cables were plugged into a speaker instead of a sound source, they would buzz like crazy. With these cables, they didn't buzz at all. I would give them 5 stars but the RCA connector is flimsy sheet metal. No thick, durable stuff on new RCA connectors.
