Didn't work properly out of the box. Unstable, broken.

I did not like what they sent me, it turned out to be used. 350.00 for someone's return, right? Another problem was that it ran inconsistently, erratically at best, looked like it was being mishandled, the screen flickered at times. The buttons are ok but the screen is small. You need to remove the micro SD card, then insert it into your computer, go to the update site, and then insert it back into the scanner. total pain No wifi, bluetooth. Wasn't there anything good if the tool/cable? clearly abused by those who returned it earlier. I'd love to have a working, fully functional model to test on 3 or 4 cars to make an informative review, but that's hard to do with someone else's broken returns. So I sent it back
