This chair is ideal for learning, practicing and playing the guitar. That's exactly why I bought it. I thought the chair would recline too far, but it's perfect. It has a slight incline but is very comfortable. I bought it specifically for playing guitar, so I usually sit in this chair for 30 minutes to an hour every day, and it's actually very comfortable. It's a small chair so I don't know if it would fit someone who is very tall or tall built. I'm 5ft 4" and 145lbs and I was nervous at first when I sat down. But it's great! I definitely recommend this chair!
