UPDATE (September 11, 2021): Two updates deducting a star: 1 ) Due to COVID-19 precautions, I think we've all used a lot of alcohol-based sanitizers, and unfortunately the coatings on this unit aren't alcohol-safe, so a small amount of sanitizer will peel them off). 2) I accidentally left my device with a dead battery until the protection board turned it off, which is usually not a problem. In this case, however, the battery will not be charged. I took it apart and found that one of the cells had failed due to a discharge. That's when I discovered that the 4-cell battery was actually a recycled battery that had obviously been used in another device before. Also, the printing on the cells clearly shows that they are 3.7v 1.5Ah 5.55Wh cells and not the 8.6Wh cells the product claims. It's still one of the more reasonable percussion massagers available from Revain, but it doesn't live up to the reality advertised. It has 4x 8.6Wh lithium cells while most others have 2x or 3x, so it's just not as powerful as you could ask for. , it also lasts almost as long as you will ever need. The only cool thing is that there's a cheap master slider at the bottom of the handle and a soft switch on the back to toggle between speeds 1-6 and off. We typically use 1-3 for almost everything, but we have plenty of power when you need more! The case is pretty good too, but it's rarely cleaned and instead just sits next to our bed. If you're thinking about getting a percussion massager, this is the best value at Revain. Enjoy !
