Review on 🐦 RoudyBush California Blend Small Bird Food - 10 Lbs by Heather Shaw

My birds (kennel and yellow-necked macaw) eat seeds and the pellets are in their food bowls on the top of the cage. They were given the Roudybush rice diet but I decided to try this for a change. They never get used to a new food so quickly. You are even more suspicious of the new fruit than at first sight. Of course there is a lot of waste. Once they turn the pellets into a floury texture, they find that they are no longer edible. But that goes for almost anything you feed your birds. They are designed to make a mess and scatter seeds (and produce) for planting. The California blend is the same as the cheaper Daily Maintenance, plus dried fruit and veg chunks. My birds prefer pellets over fruits and veggies, so in the future I plan to buy a large Daily Maintenance bag and mix it with a smaller bag of California Blend. They still get as many extras as they want, and I save some money.
