I had No issues with the faucet. I contacted the seller because there was just a trickle of hot water when the cold worked perfectly.Seller offered a replacement. (I wanted to troubleshoot the sink and water supply first.)Turns out it was my hot water supply after many trips under the sink.Problem:Debris in the hot water line was interfering with the flow to the faucet. This faucet has a screen to protect the device from debris, etc. (very good design)Solution:I connected a long hose to the 3/8 compression fitting on the main hot valve and flushed it to the sink 3 times for 5 minutes each.When no more debris was seen in the water, I connected the faucet and WOO HOO!It is a fact. This is a great faucet and the manufacturer was willing to send me another, even though I had not fully troubleshooted the environment under my own sink.I have already ordered a soap dispenser to fill the hole left by the previous "rinser" that is no longer needed.I am NOT paid or sponsored by Walmart or We-We.
