Mens belt, order larger size
Ordered size 40 for spouse, which is his pant size, but it was too small. So exchanged it for size 6 in larger. It doesn't have typical buckle, but my hubby likes it. You have to cut off part of it and it has markings to aid you. He is really happy with it once we assembled it.
