Failed to load media. A word of warning before you buy these clamps. These clips used to be great, but the mechanism has changed, making them almost useless. because I've used them before for shaper jigs and they were perfect for cone pieces. All of them were wrong. They pulled blocks away from the fixture when clamping thicker parts and did not apply pressure to the parts in the same plane as the clamp. I looked further and noticed that the shift mechanism was different. I contacted Bessey and they confirmed the design change. I googled the product number and found that the armor clips have the same product number as well. It turns out that Armor owns the patent for the self-adjusting clamps and Bessie no longer uses the mechanism. I ordered six armor clips and couldn't be happier. They work great. The video shows the new mechanism compared to the old version. You can see how inefficient the new clamps are. So buy armor clips.
