I like that they are very open minded about what you want for your logo as well how it should be used in different situations (print/web).

They also have some great resources online so if something isn't clear or doesn’t work out right there is always someone who can help! There was nothing really we didn;' t get along at first but now everything has been fine since then - which makes me believe this wasn"T just my problem :) The best part? Their customer service team knows exactly when things need attention from our end too :D.
