We returned an item (and received a full refund with no issues) when the pads didn't fit the grinder properly. They became detached during use and slid off the grinder. We tried several discs and most did the same thing. Out of the 5 we tried, one stayed long enough, but we paid to use 100% of the product, not 20%.
