So far they work very well. We have a 5th wheel that has a pin weight of 1800 pounds, they hold pressure very well and make the ride really comfortable when towing an RV. install by removing the shock and removing the previously installed bottom mounting plate to get a pocket between the frame and axle. Another installation caveat is that they come with new mounting clips that fit into the holes in the frame where you remove the overload bumper. You have to be very careful when trying to insert these clips, you can lose them in the frame, believe me I know. I ended up using factory clamps that had an overload set on them. There's no reason I could change them.
