I recommend this product. I had a sprain in my upper hamstring which I tried to cover with a first class bandage. That helped, but the bandage kept slipping off the area I needed to bandage. After getting the "groin bandage" I continued with the bandage with tape, but I also used the crotch bandage for extra pressure and to keep the ace in place. It worked great! I probably didn't need the ace with the groin bandage because the bandage could be adjusted to the tension I needed, but I used it anyway for my own peace of mind. I am very satisfied with the quality of the groin bandage.
