Review on 🚗 Pyle PLCM7500: Waterproof Night Vision Rear View Backup Car Camera System with Parking and Reverse Assist Safety Distance Scale Lines - 7" LCD Color Display for Enhanced Vehicle Safety by Draven Invert

I installed it on the cab of a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad. The instructions are very simple and as I have some automotive knowledge I was able to connect this device with little to no problems. The mount that comes with the kit seems a little flimsy. Haven't tested the mount in rough road conditions yet, but it looks like it will hold up. The bundled video cable had an extra red wire about half an inch long sticking out at each end near the connectors. No idea what they were for but I didn't connect them to anything and everything works fine. This cable was just the right length to run from the back of the car to the front. As for the connection of this device, I just stretched it. Monitor power wire to my ignition fuse box. Both the camera power and monitor switch are on the same wire for the reverse light, so as soon as I put reverse gear on, both the camera and monitor turn on. Turn it on and off when I take out of gear. You can manually turn on the device even if it doesn't turn on again. The camera just won't turn on. heavier than a caliber, but this is negligible, I have a couple of photos.
