I've had wallets on my phones for the past seven years. I've never been able to go back to a separate wallet, but these cases have always had a few minor issues. Most of these cases were folio style where they folded over the phone when closed and snapped magnetically behind the phone when opened. . The problem is that when you try to use the camera, you have to awkwardly hold the lid of the case open. This cover solves that problem! The flap on the wallet never obscures the camera when closed and never obscures the screen. Also, the folio style cards are easy to fall out if you drop the phone after using it for a while and the material will stretch. In this case, the cards are removed in the direction of the fold. As a result, the cards never fall out of the inner pockets when the case is closed. It's also surprisingly thin.
