[Update] The Phomemo brand contacted me and fixed the issues I was having with the app. They were quick, polite, respectful and seemed to really care about keeping their customers happy with the product. I'm updating this review with that in mind, leaving only the disclaimer about the user agreement. Agreement for you to read. If privacy is important to you, please download the Phomemo app first (must be used to print to this device). Go to Settings and read the User Agreement. If you don't care about user agreements, then that shouldn't bother you. Here's my first review: This printer is great and perfect for making labels. The benefit of thermal printing is that you don't have to worry about ink. But it's not ultra-high definition either. So if you want photorealistic labels, this isn't the case. But I was surprised how easy it is to use and how versatile the label design app is. Good product.
