Review on IRONCK Bookshelf Double Wide 6-Tier 76" H, Open Large Bookcase, Industrial Style Shelves, Wood And Metal Bookshelves For Home Office, Easy Assembly by Dan Deng

Ordered 2 of the 6 tier shelf units. First off, these are nicer looking in person than the pictures would suggest. The top shelf is a hollow-core shelf while all of the others appear to be solid (just something to note). Second, assembly is pretty straight-forward: by myself, I had both units built and secured to the wall within an hour. Finally, I was going for a steampunk look for my home office and these shelves blend in nicely regardless of your style (industrial, steampunk or just "keep my books off the floor"). Fit, function and design they are a great complement to the look I am trying to achieve.One thing to note: the boxes the shelves come in is pretty thin. Being as heavy as they are, most carriers will toss these around which will in turn cause the box to rip and perhaps even puncture. This happened to me. I contacted IRONCK about the issues, and they responded rapidly (even on weekends) and made everything right. In addition, they recognized the packing of the shelves was wanting, so they are going to start using a stronger cardboard. In my opinion this kind of attention to detail and responsiveness makes for a vendor I would want to do business with again.Great product, great price and great service. Can't go wrong with that.
