The main drawback of the Plantronics bluetooth headsets is that, apparently, the manufacturer has built a timer into them, which, 3 years after the start of use, gives the headset the command to "die!". So suddenly and exactly three years after the purchase, 2 Voyager headsets "died" in turn from me. And the Legend 5200 just stopped working. I turn it on and hear: "Power is on, talk time is 6 hours, phone 1 is connected." And then, without interruption, the following message: "Power off." The headset is in near perfect condition. I have been very careful with this headset. I always carried it in a charger box. "Shaking" over it, as over a great value. He didn't let anyone touch him. 1 month ago there was a firmware ate of the headset. Perhaps the command "it's time to die" was generated there. For now I can't even ate the Plantronics HUB app. The ate is downloaded but not installed. Reason: "Unknown" error." And keep in mind - you can not contact the workshop to test or repair a Plantronics headset. Plantronics does not provide this option. THERE IS NO WORKSHOP IN RUSSIA REPAIRING AND MAINTENANCE OF Plantronics HEADSETS. Bought a Plantronics bluetooth headset? Keep in mind: no later than 3 years later you will have to buy a new one. Whether you want it or not.
