UPDATE (12/19/2019) as the armrests were completely flattened and hard. The seat cushion followed; However, the rear end retained its strength. Changing my rating from 4/5 to 3/5 based on the above. Easy assembly 8/10 - instructions were odd. The instructions named the fasteners alphabetically, but the fastener packaging indicated the exact size of each type; it was really uncomfortable. Comfortable 9/10 - I'm 5'10", 175 lbs and have broad shoulders. I sit all the way back, my lumbar spine is fully supported, the seat comes a few inches from the back of my knees. , the armrests are not too high and the backrest reaches just under the trapeze. The seat is hard but soft. The chair may sway, but makes a rattling noise. Materials 8/10 - the seat cushion and armrest cushions are a bit gritty, the mesh seems to wear out quickly if mishandled, the casters are above average, the gas piston is standard and the solid ABS body feels solid. This chair may not "fit" everyone, but it's a steal for people of average height. 8/10
