broken thumb. The support service is great.
The thumb is completely broken off! I can't even reattach it with super glue because the bottom of the mount is curved! Can't I train on my exercise arm if it's damaged, cracked, or has bent nails? The price of $37.99 isn't bad, but the packaging clearly needs strengthening. At least that way she could come bundled up! I contacted the sellers via email and received a reply the same day regarding their damaged product. The support team has excellent communication. They strive to please. Lucky for me who is on a tight budget.
